Queen Elizabeth is an iconic figure in history, with a very specific look. I thought it would be fun to make myself look just as glorious as her. Who hasn't seen a picture of a bejeweled monarch with a big ruffly collar and wanted to dress up as them? This was my chance to do that. I definitely didn't hit all the luxurious detail though--this is just a sketch. The second round, I was much more painstaking and could truly appreciate just how elaborate all this fashion was.
Toward the end of the project, I redid old entries to compare progress and give the original artworks their proper due. You can see my redo of Queen Elizabeth at entry 93.
